Can StayVex manage more than one hotel or property?
Yes. Each property has its own room inventory, rates, staff and reports, while the owner sees a consolidated dashboard across all of them. Switch between properties in one click, and give managers access only to theirs.
Does it sync with MakeMyTrip, Booking.com and other OTAs?
StayVex includes a channel manager that keeps availability and rates in two-way sync with the major OTAs and with your own booking engine. A room sold on one channel is closed on every other channel within seconds, so double bookings stop.
How does GST billing work for hotel rooms and services?
The guest folio collects room tariff, food and beverage, laundry and other charges with the correct GST slab for each. At check-out you issue one GST-compliant invoice, or split it between the guest and a company account. Reports are ready for your accountant.
Can my housekeeping staff use it on their phones?
Yes. Housekeeping staff get a simple mobile board showing which rooms need cleaning, which are being cleaned and which are ready for inspection. When they mark a room clean, the front desk sees it immediately.
Can I move my existing bookings and guest records into StayVex?
Our onboarding team imports your room list, rate plans, upcoming reservations and guest history from spreadsheets or your current software. Most properties are live within a week.
Does it work for homestays and small guest houses too?
StayVex scales down as well as up. A homestay owner with four rooms gets the same room grid, booking calendar, OTA sync and GST invoices, on a plan priced for small properties.
