The front desk comes first
A check-in happens with a guest standing at the counter. Every screen in Stayvex is built to be fast with a queue in front of it: the room grid, the registration card, the key, the folio.

One record of every room
Rooms, bookings, housekeeping and channels read and write the same inventory. That is why a sale on one OTA closes the room everywhere and a checkout puts it on the housekeeping board at once.
